What is the deadline?
Typically, you should have your order within 1-2 business days. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend we will not prepare it until the next business day.
If after this period you have not received your order or have advance notice of delivery from the courier company, please contact us. We will find out what happened and we will do everything possible so that you have it in your hands as soon as possible.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The Customer will have a period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of payment of the order placed. For Peninsular orders, Oculos Optica SL will reimburse all payment received, including, if any, ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the order was received. package with the returned products and in correct conditions. If the product you receive is or shows signs of being damaged by transport, we ask you to state this when signing the delivery note.
If you buy several products in the same order, you can make a partial return, that is, return only the product or products with which you are not satisfied.
The Client must return or deliver to Oculos Optica SL, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw the product or products purchased. .
Oculos Optica SL may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the Client has presented proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
It should be remembered that the customer has the possibility of returning the product personally in any of our physical stores in Spain.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
For this purpose, the Client must communicate the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, through the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org indicating their contact information and order number. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
They may not be subject to the right of withdrawal:
- The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that Kaotiko cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods made according to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that, after their delivery and taking into account their nature, have been mixed inseparably with other goods.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the Client after delivery.
- The supply of goods has been damaged by Customer handling after delivery.
To make a size change or return you must write to email@example.com indicating your order number and confirming the collection address; our team will contact you as soon as possible informing you about the home collection by the transport company (if it is a change, we will request the collection and you will have to place a new order).
Items to be returned must be packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition. Seal the package well.
The garments must be in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and with the purchase invoice/delivery note.
If the product includes a box (such as a shoe), you must put it inside another box so as not to damage it. Make sure that the original box of the product is protected and packed correctly so that it does not suffer damage in transport.
In the event that the box associated with the product does not arrive in the same condition in which you received it, the refund will not be made.
